Last February, Dr. José Jesús López Gálvez, Director of the Reproduction Unit of Hospital Clínica Vistahermosa, performed some meetings in Mexico and gave some interviews to the National Media where new options of maternity on Mexican women were raised, thank you to the successful treatments on fertility carried out in Spain by the team of the Reproduction Unit.
For the assisted reproduction specialists from Mexico, to count with these new options for the ovarian stimulation protocols will represent a great advance, as they can give women a new hope to achieve their dreams of having a baby at home. This was the resume of some medical figures there, as Dr. Pablo Díaz or the Director of the Vida Gadalajara Institute, Mr. Efraín Pérez Peña.
In Mexico it is estimated that 3 out of 10 couples can not conceive because of their infertility problems. The Reproduction Unit of Clínica Vistahermosa in Alicante will develop some collaborations with different entities in Mexico, view to offer all their knowledge and experience in order to help and improve the possibilities of the Mexican couples. These initiatives have already begun with the association of UR Vistahermosa and Sonerense Infertility Institute, directed by Dr. Juan José Millones Tapias.
