2018 is drawing to a close. A year in which UR Vistahermosa has positioned itself as a reference point in the area of assisted reproduction (named the best private hospital in Alicante and in the top 20 in Spain) and in addition has helped a multitude of patients to achieve their dream of starting a family. However we can’t stop at this point. 2019 presents itself as an exciting period, full of challenges, projects and hopes with a clear objective ; to continue consolidating ourselves in the international ambit and to bet on national growth.
In order to achieve this, at UR Vistahermosa we will venture down different paths. On one hand developing our brand in territories where we don’t have a presence: the opening of a new centre in Managua, Nicaragua, which has been a turning point in the internationalization of the group, in which we have received foreign patients for more than a decade.
“The natural evolution is to approach our patients in their country of origin. We started in Mexico and now have consolidated our presence in Nicaragua, where the reception has been outstanding and which we trust will become a centre of reference in Latin America ” maintains Salomé López. International Development Manager at UR Vistahermosa. A presence which we hope will serve for another of the main objectives of the year which is still to come: to increase the number of patients and nationalities treated, as was seen in 2018.
With this desire to get closer to our patients, 2019 will be, for one more year, another programmed expansion. For this reason, during the up and coming year the group will open new centres in Barcelona and the Middle East: two new locations where we will have manpower and an actual physical presence so that we can be closer to those who may need us in order to achieve that dream of becoming pregnant.
In addition, at a corporate level, there is a strong bet on a presence at international events. Fertility show, Milan or Eindhoven are some of the examples, however there will be more and this will serve so that the patients will be able to put a face to a name, see how we work in UR Vistahermosa and can get to know the human side of the group. “To us people are patients, not a number. They need to know that excellence means getting good results”, affirms Salomé López.
An eye on the progress
Naturally, in this sector it is essential that one is at the cutting edge technologically speaking. Not only as a question of will, but also to know and be able to dominate the latest techniques, as well as having the best infrastructure and material resources, which means the ability to offer the best services. Nowadays, in UR Vistahermosa we carry out all the reproductive and genetic techniques available to help our patients in forming a family, and as it can’t be any other way we will be keeping up to date on any new developments which will allow us to increase our success rate and the overall quality of our procedures.
In order to achieve this and continue growing in 2019, without doubt, the confidence of our patients is fundamental. And this confidence is also UR Vistahermosa’s in our own possibilities. For this purpose, we have a program of a guarantee of your money back, for which we promise to refund the entire amount if an evolving pregnancy is unsuccessful, provided that the patients comply with the medical criteria required for this program.
As if this wasn’t enough , this year which has still not come to an end has served to position HLA Vistahermosa among the best Spanish hospitals. Awarded with a first place in the province of Alicante, and among the top 20 in Spain, which means added support to a way of working underpinned by institutions within the sector, as well as by our very own patients. “The fact that we don’t invest a great deal in marketing doesn’t mean that we are not aware of where we are positioned and how well respected we really are in our sector” indicates Salomé López in this respect.
To reinforce this overall institutional image at HLA Vistahermosa and the Reproductive Unit specifically, the current period has been one of an openness in terms of digital tourism. The recent presence in social media has meant a new way of getting closer to our patients and thus reinforcing our growth both nationally and internationally. “The reception by our patients has been marvellous and we receive praise frequently for the work we do”, indicates our International Development Manager. Yet one more pillar towards sustainable growth which cannot and must not stop in 2019.
