Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un test g\u00e9n\u00e9tique pr\u00e9implantatoire non invasif qui permet de transf\u00e9rer en priorit\u00e9 les embryons ayant une plus grande capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;implantation en fonction de leur dotation chromosomique, sans qu&rsquo;il soit n\u00e9cessaire de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une biopsie de l&#8217;embryon. Cela est possible car, gr\u00e2ce aux nouvelles technologies de s\u00e9quen\u00e7age de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ou NGS, nous pouvons d\u00e9tecter l&rsquo;ADN que l&#8217;embryon a expuls\u00e9 dans le milieu de culture o\u00f9 il se d\u00e9veloppe et estimer ainsi si l&#8217;embryon a une charge chromosomique normale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude g\u00e9n\u00e9tique de ce mat\u00e9riel fournit des informations sur le statut chromosomique de l&#8217;embryon avec une concordance qui varie de 78 \u00e0 83% par rapport \u00e0 la biopsie embryonnaire, ce qui permet de s\u00e9lectionner les embryons qui ont plus de chances d&rsquo;\u00eatre chromosomiquement normaux, et donc d&rsquo;avoir une plus grande probabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;implantation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PGT-A ni<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour mener \u00e0 bien ce processus, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser la technique de f\u00e9condation in vitro (FIV). Si le processus r\u00e9ussit, l&rsquo;ovule f\u00e9cond\u00e9 donnera naissance \u00e0 un embryon qui restera en culture jusqu&rsquo;au troisi\u00e8me\/quatri\u00e8me jour d&rsquo;\u00e9volution.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, l&#8217;embryon est lav\u00e9 et transf\u00e9r\u00e9 dans un nouveau milieu de culture, o\u00f9 il \u00e9voluera jusqu&rsquo;au cinqui\u00e8me \/ sixi\u00e8me jour (stade blastocyste expans\u00e9). \u00c0 ce stade, l&#8217;embryon est conserv\u00e9 par vitrification (congel\u00e9) et le milieu de culture est pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 en vue d&rsquo;une analyse g\u00e9n\u00e9tique par s\u00e9quen\u00e7age massif ou de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration (NGS). Une fois les r\u00e9sultats obtenus, la priorit\u00e9 est donn\u00e9e au transfert des embryons les plus susceptibles de s&rsquo;implanter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Secure Select est une avanc\u00e9e dans la s\u00e9lection d&#8217;embryons bas\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;analyse de l&rsquo;ADN pr\u00e9sent dans le milieu de culture, l&#8217;embryon n&rsquo;\u00e9tant soumis \u00e0 aucune manipulation.
