Among the many classic <b>new year resolutions<\/b>, we can find learning English, stopping smoking, doing more sport or for many people the moment to embark on the adventure of starting a family. There is no better time than at the turning point of the year on the 1<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sup>st<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> January <b>to begin a new journey with these renewed proposals<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Many people see in this <b>new opportunity the chance to start from scratch<\/b>. An ideal time to leave problems and obstacles in the past and plan new goals with that renewed spirit present at the start of the year. For those who see that the sky is the limit and who are planning to increase their fertility possibilities as an objective and lay that first stone down to building a future family, these resolutions can represent a good start. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Good habits<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Many of the most classic new year\u2019s resolutions which we plan can be a good basis on which to lay the foundations which will help us in forming a family. Stop smoking, joining (and going regularly) to the gym and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/live-well\/eat-well\/eight-tips-for-healthy-eating\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">eating healthy<\/a>, all together, can have a <b>great and positive influence <\/b>at the start of our future family project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Our diet, regular exercise and banishing bad habits are some of the <b>essential foundations which are necessary to improving anybody\u2019s fertility\u2019s capacity<\/b>. It\u2019s not just a list of recommendations for pregnant women, men, as well as women, have a lot to gain here if they follow this route fortified on this healthy and solid base.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Mental health<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Mental health is <b>highly underestimated<\/b> when new projects are being started.
